Worship
A typical Sunday morning at Impact looks like a group of people coming together and focusing on God through praise, prayer, preaching, giving, and communion. All of these things are great! But if that was all we were about we would be coming up very short according to Scripture. You see, God doesn't only want our Sunday morning worship: He wants our worship all week. Here are some ways we worship at Impact during the week - through our Distribution Center, homeless ministry, mentoring program, tutoring and literacy programs, area Bible studies and outreach to seniors, youth and children's classes, college ministry, small groups, Recovery House, and many more.
Isn't it great to be a part of a church family that gets this point? A church that is by no means perfect but that worships throughtout the week by being His hands and feet in the world? Our ongoing prayer should be for the guidance and strength to worship not just on Sunday, but every day.
